At the Paris Fashion Week - Anna Dello Russo.

I'm planning to do a special on the fashion spotted off the runway at PFW, but had to post this, being one of my favourite looks from ADR this fashion week.

The feathered yellow Versace dress paired with blue cut-out heels, orange clutch and a floral cuff - Anna was truly in her element with this appearance. Some of you may argue that this is OTT for Paris day heat, but what is Anna during fashion week if not OTT?
